Family Health Centers, Inc. We offer an array of free and low-cost health classes designed to empower individuals and families with the knowledge and skills needed to enhance their well-being and prevent illness. Our programs cover essential topics such as Healthy Living, including Freedom From Smoking, Aerobics, Yoga, Weight Loss, Diabetes Management, and Chronic Disease Management, as well as Pregnancy and Parenting, featuring classes on healthy pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, and child safety. Many of our classes are open to the public, providing vital health education and support to everyone in the community, including refugee populations.
