Family Health Centers, Inc. (FHC) is a dedicated not-for-profit community health center located in Prospect, KY, aimed at ensuring that residents of Louisville and Jefferson County have access to high-quality primary and preventive health care services, regardless of their financial situation. Through our comprehensive free and low-cost health classes, we empower patients with essential information and support to improve their health outcomes and prevent disease. Our offerings include programs focused on Healthy Living, such as Freedom From Smoking, Aerobics and Yoga, weight loss, diabetes management, and chronic disease management, along with Pregnancy and Parenting classes that cover healthy pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, and child safety.
