MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Prospect, KY, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion. Our mission is to ensure every Veteran attending VA facilities is screened for obesity and provided with tailored treatment options that meet their unique needs and preferences. We offer a comprehensive range of services, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program for in-home support. Veterans can also utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-managed weight loss, alongside access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who continue to face challenges.
