Located in Russellville, KY, the Meal Support Program is dedicated to providing compassionate, accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating outpatient eating disorder recovery. Our program offers free, live, and facilitated virtual drop-in group meals aimed at fostering a supportive environment where participants can consume nutrition alongside others on similar journeys. With meal support sessions available four times daily at convenient lunch and dinner times, individuals can engage in as many sessions as their schedules allow, all led by qualified nutrition practitioners from our Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are actively pursuing their CNS certification.
