Located in Salyersville, KY, Milk Express is dedicated to providing safe and Pasteurized Donor Human Milk (PDHM) for infants with specific medical needs or to assist families with breastfeeding challenges. Our mission is to ensure that every baby receives the healthy start they deserve while easing the worries of parents through accessible PDHM. Alongside the provision of milk, we offer free lactation support—both in person and virtually—as well as free bereavement services to support families during difficult times. While there may be a processing fee for PDHM, we invite families in need to reach out about our Medical Relief Fund, designed to assist those facing financial and medical challenges such as prematurity or failure to thrive. We are here to help nurture healthy beginnings in every child's life.
