FHC offers a range of free and low-cost health classes aimed at empowering individuals and families with the knowledge and tools to enhance their health and prevent diseases. Our comprehensive programs include Healthy Living classes such as Freedom From Smoking, Aerobics and Yoga, weight loss support, and diabetes management, along with Pregnancy and Parenting resources that encompass healthy pregnancy, childbirth education, and child safety initiatives.
