Family Health Centers, Inc. (FHC) is a dedicated not-for-profit community health center located in Shepherdsville, KY, committed to ensuring that all residents of Louisville and Jefferson County have access to high-quality primary and preventive health care services, regardless of their financial situation. With a heartfelt vision of care that prioritizes the well-being of our community, we offer a range of free and low-cost health classes designed to empower individuals and families with the knowledge and tools they need to improve their health and prevent disease. Our diverse array of programs includes Healthy Living initiatives such as Freedom From Smoking classes, Aerobics, Yoga, Weight Loss, Diabetes Management, and Chronic Disease Management, as well as resources for Pregnancy and Parenting, including Healthy Pregnancy classes, Parenting groups, and Child Safety programs.
