The Meal Support Program in Somerset, KY, is dedicated to providing compassionate and informed meal support for individuals over the age of 16 who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers live, facilitated virtual drop-in group meals, designed to create a welcoming and safe environment where participants can share a meal while receiving essential support. With sessions available four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner options, individuals can seamlessly integrate this essential component of recovery into their lives. All meal support sessions are led by nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are actively working towards their CNS certification. We are committed to fostering a nurturing community focused on recovery and well-being, fully recognizing the importance of nutrition and emotional support in healing journeys.
