The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Union, KY, is dedicated to fostering a just and sustainable food system through comprehensive training and empowerment of its Fellows. This immersive program welcomes individuals to learn about organic food production and act as advocates for social, environmental, and economic justice in food systems. Our Fellows engage actively in practical projects, such as growing and distributing diverse crops on a market-style farm, implementing innovative educational sessions, maintaining gardens, and promoting food literacy within school initiatives. With no tuition fees, we strive to ensure that our Fellowship is accessible to all passionate individuals. Throughout their experience, selected Fellows will spend six months at our Allegheny Farm Campus followed by a Community Action Year, applying their skills in collaboration with local non-profits to enhance food access and support community food initiatives. Apply by March to join us in shaping a resilient food system from May to October.
