Located in Union, KY, the Meal Support Program by Project HEAL offers compassionate, free meal support for individuals over 16 at the outpatient level of eating disorder recovery. Our program creates an inviting and safe environment for participants to join live, virtual drop-in group meals, allowing them to share a nourishing experience with the necessary support. We provide meal support sessions four times a day, including two lunch and two dinner sessions, enabling participants to attend as many times as their schedule allows. Each session is led by dedicated nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, all working towards their CNS certification.
