Located in West Liberty, KY, Financial Assistance Funds is dedicated to supporting children with special health care needs and their families by providing vital financial assistance. Our program covers a range of essential costs, including medical expenses such as prescriptions, medical supplies, and durable medical equipment, as well as non-medical costs like home and vehicle modifications, clothing, and daily necessities. We also help families with healthcare-related travel costs to medical facilities, including various transportation and lodging expenses. Each family may receive grants of up to $500 annually, with requests processed in the order received. If additional funding is needed, requests over $500 are reviewed on an individual basis by our Board. Our commitment is to ensure that families receive the support they need, so please allow a minimum of 15 business days for requests to be reviewed.
