The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship, based in Williamsburg, KY, is dedicated to fostering the next generation of advocates for a food system that promotes social, environmental, and economic justice. Through hands-on training and immersive experiences at the Allegheny Farm, our Fellows gain invaluable skills in organic farming, community gardening, and food systems education. We believe in accessibility, which is why we do not charge tuition for our program. Fellows participate in diversifying crop production, implementing health-focused educational sessions, and supporting initiatives for healthier food access in collaboration with local non-profits. This fellowship includes a transformative six-month residency followed by a Community Action Year, enabling participants to make a meaningful impact in their communities. Applications are welcomed until March each year, with the program running from May to October.
