The Meal Support Program in Williamsburg, KY, is dedicated to providing free, accessible meal support specifically designed for individuals over 16 who are navigating outpatient care for eating disorders. Our program offers live, virtual drop-in group meals that create a safe and supportive environment for those in recovery to eat and share their experiences together. With meal support sessions available four times a day—two at lunch and two at dinner—participants can join as many sessions as their schedules allow, enhancing their nutrition journey with the guidance of trained nutrition practitioners from the Clinician's Incubator training program.
