Program RISE, based in Acton, MA, is a vital service of JRI Health dedicated to supporting the MetroWest community, including Framingham and nearby towns. We offer comprehensive STI and HIV preventative services, testing, and counseling to promote public health. Our mission extends to providing essential case management and group support for individuals living with HIV/AIDS. We ensure that our clients have access to critical resources such as harm reduction materials, emergency assistance, food access, medical transportation, and community referrals, all at no cost. Safety is our priority; currently, services are available by appointment, with walk-ins accommodated based on client needs. All visitors are required to wear a mask, which we are happy to provide if necessary. Together, we strive to empower individuals with the support and resources they need to lead healthier lives.
