MOVE! is a dedicated weight management and health promotion program based in Amherst, MA, specifically tailored to enhance the lives of Veterans. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened annually for obesity, empowering them with a variety of accessible weight management options. We offer personalized care through group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for at-home messaging and support. Additionally, our MOVE! Coach mobile app provides flexibility for those who wish to approach weight management independently. For Veterans who continue to face challenges despite these resources, we also offer weight loss medications and options for bariatric surgery.
