About Meal Support Program
The Meal Support Program in Amherst, MA, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating the challenges of eating disorder recovery at the outpatient level. Our program offers virtual drop-in group meals led by trained nutrition practitioners who are pursuing their CNS certification, creating a welcoming and supportive environment where participants can feel safe while consuming nutritious meals. With sessions available four times daily—twice for lunch and twice for dinner—individuals can join as many sessions as fit their schedules, ensuring they receive the vital support needed during this stage of recovery. Please note that while we offer essential meal support, we do not provide urgent care or crisis intervention.
