Located in Attleboro, MA, CCBC is dedicated to providing essential HIV case management and health-related services to individuals living with HIV in the Greater Taunton and Attleboro areas. Our compassionate program offers comprehensive support, including assessment and referral, crisis intervention, and ongoing case management, tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual, whether they are symptomatic or asymptomatic. We understand the importance of community and emotional well-being, which is why we provide short-term individual therapy, family and couples counseling, and support groups specifically for those living with HIV. Additionally, we offer critical housing services and food packaging assistance to ensure every client has access to basic needs. Our team works closely with infectious disease physicians at Morton Hospital to coordinate effective psychiatric evaluation and medication services.
