Program RISE, a vital initiative of JRI Health located in Belmont, MA, is dedicated to enhancing public health in the MetroWest area, including Framingham and its surrounding communities. Our mission is to provide compassionate and comprehensive support through free STI and HIV testing services, harm reduction materials, and safer sex resources. We also offer essential group support for individuals affected by HIV/AIDS, case management, and emergency assistance. In response to the ongoing health situation, we ask clients to schedule appointments to ensure their safety, although walk-ins may be accommodated when possible. Additionally, we provide food access, medical transportation services, and community referrals, all while fostering an inclusive environment that prioritizes the health and well-being of our clients.
