Located in Beverly, MA, the Adolescent Center at BMC is dedicated to providing comprehensive primary care services for individuals aged 13 to 21. Understanding the unique health challenges that come with adolescence, we offer a 'medical home' where young patients can select their own doctor or nurse practitioner to guide them along their journey to good health. Our center prioritizes not only medical treatment but also the overall well-being of our patients through a variety of confidential counseling and support services. We provide nutrition counseling, prenatal care, and social services addressing housing, benefits, school, immigration, and family issues. In addition to routine healthcare maintenance, we conduct sports and employment physical exams and offer specialized care in areas like gynecology, endocrinology, surgery, and more. The Adolescent Center is also a safe space for discussing personal challenges, whether it be issues at home or school, lack of heating during winter, food insecurity, or safety concerns. We strive to equip young individuals with the necessary tools and resources for a healthy, productive life, including job training programs and college information.
