Located in Brookline, MA, the Healthy Living Center of Excellence is dedicated to empowering individuals through evidence-based health education workshops designed for the prevention and management of chronic diseases. Our programs, available in both English and Spanish, are grounded in research from leading national universities and medical organizations, ensuring participants receive practical, effective support. With 12 diverse workshops, including the Chronic Disease Self-Management Program, Diabetes Prevention Program, and A Matter of Balance, we cater to a variety of health concerns, all aimed at improving quality of life.
