Our Healing Together Patient and Family Care Program, alongside the Metastatic Breast Cancer Support Program, offers a range of crucial support services at no cost, including grocery assistance, transportation, light housekeeping, childcare reimbursement, nutritious prepared meals, acupuncture, and oncology massage therapy. Each personalized grant, designed collaboratively with a healthcare provider, lasts up to three months, ensuring that patients can focus on their recovery with reduced stress. To access these vital services, we encourage patients to connect with a Social Worker, Patient Navigator, or Resource Specialist at their treatment facility for assistance with the application process.
