The Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Supplemental Food Program in Burlington, MA, is dedicated to supporting low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, along with infants and children up to five years old. If you currently receive TAFDC, SNAP, or MassHealth, you may be automatically eligible for WIC, with foster children under five also qualifying for this essential program.
