Program RISE, a vital part of JRI Health located in Chelmsford, MA, is dedicated to supporting the MetroWest community with essential services focused on sexual health and the lives of those affected by HIV/AIDS. We offer comprehensive STI and HIV testing, harm reduction materials, and safer sex resources, all designed to promote wellness and safety. Our program provides critical support through case management, group support sessions, and community referrals, ensuring individuals receive the help they need. Additionally, we believe in addressing food access and medical transportation as part of holistic care. All services are provided free of charge, and while we prioritize appointments during COVID-19, we strive to accommodate walk-ins based on availability. Your safety is our priority; masks are required upon entry, and masks will be provided if needed.
