Located in Chestnut Hill, MA, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to low-income individuals diagnosed with dysphagia. Our mission focuses on enhancing quality of life through access to vital resources including food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment.
