The Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program in Dorchester Center, MA, is dedicated to fostering healthy food habits for low-income pregnant and postpartum women, along with infants and children up to five years old. If you are receiving TAFDC, SNAP, or MassHealth, you are automatically eligible for WIC, ensuring that even foster children under age five can benefit from this essential support system.
