Participants receive a debit card for purchasing nutritious foods such as milk, whole grains, beans, cereal, and fresh fruits and vegetables, with personalized support from our counselors to create optimal food packages. Additionally, we connect families to a network of community resources, including SNAP, housing, daycare, dental care, and fuel assistance. If you receive TAFDC, SNAP, or MassHealth, you are automatically income eligible for our services, and foster children under five also qualify for WIC support.
