The Open Pantry of Greater Lowell in Dracut, MA, is dedicated to providing immediate food assistance to individuals and families facing hardship within the Greater Lowell area. We believe in serving everyone with compassion, regardless of their background or circumstances. Our pantry offers nutritious food and supplemental groceries, ensuring that individuals can access the resources they need to support their families. We welcome clients to visit us, even if they lack necessary documentation, as we strive to offer emergency food orders alongside guidance for additional support. Eligible clients can receive a standard food order once every 30 days and have the option of four emergency orders within a year. Our pantry operates on Wednesdays from 9 AM to 12 PM and then again from 5:30 PM to 7 PM. During COVID-19, we ask visitors to arrive at the 200 Central St. entrance, where our friendly staff will assist you. If transportation is a barrier, we allow trusted individuals to pick up food on your behalf. Please provide them with a note granting permission and informing us of your needs.
