Program RISE, located in Dracut, MA, is dedicated to enhancing community health through a comprehensive range of services focused on STI prevention, counseling, and testing. As part of JRI Health, we proudly serve the MetroWest area, including Framingham and surrounding towns. Our offerings include free STI/STDs and HIV testing, harm reduction materials, safer sex resources, and supportive group sessions for individuals living with HIV/AIDS. We also provide essential services such as food access, medical transportation, community referrals, and emergency assistance, all aimed at fostering a healthier community.
