Program RISE, based in Fitchburg, MA, is dedicated to providing essential health services to the MetroWest community, including Framingham and surrounding areas. We focus on promoting sexual health through comprehensive STI and HIV testing, offering harm reduction materials, and creating a safe space with support groups for individuals living with HIV/AIDS. Our caring approach extends to food assistance and medical transportation services, ensuring that those in need receive not only health support but also access to resources that enhance their quality of life. All of our services, including case management and emergency assistance, are completely free. While we currently offer services by appointment to ensure safety during COVID-19, we strive to accommodate walk-ins based on individual needs whenever possible.
