Program RISE, a vital initiative of JRI Health, proudly serves the MetroWest area, including Framingham and its neighboring towns, by providing essential STI prevention, counseling, and testing services. Our mission is to support individuals affected by HIV/AIDS through comprehensive case management, supportive group services, and food access assistance. We offer a range of services including free testing for STIs/STDs and HIV, harm reduction supplies, safer sex materials, medical transportation, community referrals, and emergency assistance. All services are provided at no cost to our clients. In response to COVID-19, we currently provide services by appointment only while striving to accommodate walk-ins based on individual needs and availability. Client health and safety are our priorities; thus, masks are required upon entering, with masks available on-site if needed.
