Program RISE, a vital initiative of JRI Health located in Gardner, MA, is dedicated to providing comprehensive health and support services to the MetroWest community. Our program emphasizes STI preventive care, counseling, and testing, alongside critical support for individuals living with HIV/AIDS. We offer free, confidential services, including STI and HIV testing, harm reduction materials, safer sex resources, support groups, food access, medical transportation, community referrals, and emergency assistance. All our services can be accessed by appointment to ensure the safety of our clients, with accommodations made for urgent needs.
