Based in Holyoke, MA, the Ellie Fund is dedicated to helping breast cancer patients by alleviating some of the burdens associated with treatment. Through our Healing Together Patient and Family Care Program and Metastatic Breast Cancer Support Program, we offer essential services at no cost, including grocery assistance, transportation, light housekeeping, childcare reimbursement, nutritious prepared meals, acupuncture, and oncology massage therapy. Each application must be filled out completely by an oncology professional and submitted by the 25th of each month, allowing us to tailor a personalized grant of support services for up to three months. To start the process, patients are encouraged to connect with a social worker, patient navigator, or resource specialist at their treatment facility. We believe that with the right support, no one should face breast cancer alone.
