Program RISE is a vital resource located in Hudson, Massachusetts, dedicated to providing comprehensive STI prevention, counseling, and testing services to the MetroWest community, including Framingham and nearby areas. As a part of JRI Health, we offer a range of free services aimed at supporting individuals affected by HIV/AIDS, including STI and HIV testing, harm reduction materials, safer sex resources, support groups, emergency assistance, case management, and access to food resources. Our commitment to public health and community support is unwavering, and while services are currently available by appointment to ensure safety due to COVID-19, we strive to accommodate walk-in clients based on their needs and our availability. To maintain a secure environment, all clients are required to wear a mask upon entry, with masks provided if needed. We are here to empower the community with essential services that promote health and well-being.
