Program RISE, a dedicated initiative of JRI Health, is committed to enhancing the health and well-being of individuals in Leominster, MA, and the surrounding MetroWest area. We provide a wide range of vital services aimed at preventing STIs and supporting those affected by HIV/AIDS. Our offerings include confidential testing for STIs, STDs, and HIV, access to harm reduction materials, safer sex education, support groups, critical food access, medical transportation, community referrals, emergency assistance, and personalized case management. All services are provided free of charge, ensuring that everyone can receive the help they need. While services are currently available by appointment only due to COVID-19, we strive to accommodate walk-ins based on individual needs. Your safety is our priority; all clients are required to wear masks upon entering our facility, with masks available for those who do not have one. Together, we are fostering a healthier community.
