Located in Lexington, MA, the Grow Clinic for Children is dedicated to supporting children who experience Failure To Thrive (FTT) by providing comprehensive outpatient medical, nutritional, developmental, and social services. As part of Boston Medical Center’s Department of Pediatrics, our mission extends beyond traditional healthcare; we advocate for effective policies to reduce the number of children in need. Our services include medical and nutritional assessments, social worker consultations, developmental evaluations, and brief psychiatric consultations, all tailored to the unique needs of each child. We also connect families with essential resources such as the BMC Food Pantry for specialized nutritional supplements, and offer home health education to ensure children receive the care they need. Additionally, we facilitate transportation through a taxi service for vulnerable families and provide camp scholarships as funding allows. Through our outreach initiatives, we work tirelessly to help families access vital resources, including nutritious foods, clothing, and safe housing, underscoring our holistic approach to fostering healthy growth and development.
