Program RISE, a dedicated initiative of JRI Health, is committed to enhancing the health and well-being of the Lexington, MA community and the wider MetroWest area, including Framingham. We offer a comprehensive suite of services aimed at STI and HIV prevention, including confidential testing and counseling. Our program also supports individuals affected by HIV/AIDS through case management, support groups, and vital resources like food access and medical transportation. All our services, including harm reduction materials and community referrals, are provided free of charge. To prioritize safety, all services are currently available by appointment, with provisions in place to accommodate urgent needs. At Program RISE, we strive to create a welcoming environment where everyone can access essential health services and support.
