MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Ludlow, MA, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran who receives care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with tailored weight management services that address their individual needs. We offer a range of options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which provides in-home messaging and clinician support. For those who seek a more independent approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available for self-guided weight management. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who continue to face challenges after participating in MOVE!
