Program RISE, a vital initiative of JRI Health based in Malden, MA, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of the MetroWest community, including Framingham and nearby towns. We provide essential STI preventative services, comprehensive counseling, and confidential testing, ensuring that everyone has access to the care they need. Our offerings include free HIV testing, harm reduction materials, safer sex resources, group support sessions, and case management for those living with HIV/AIDS. We also prioritize food access, medical transportation, and community referrals to help individuals navigate their health challenges. In light of COVID-19, we are committed to safety; all services are offered by appointment, though walk-ins may be accommodated based on availability.
