Program RISE, a vital part of JRI Health, is committed to enhancing the health and wellbeing of the MetroWest community, including Marlborough and surrounding areas, by offering comprehensive STI and HIV/AIDS services. We provide essential testing for STIs, STDs, and HIV alongside a range of support services including case management, support groups, and access to harm reduction materials such as safer sex supplies. Our commitment to our clients includes facilitating food assistance, medical transportation, and emergency support, all at no cost. While services are currently available by appointment only due to COVID-19, we strive to accommodate walk-ins based on individual needs. At Program RISE, we prioritize health and safety, ensuring all clients wear masks during their visit and providing masks for those who need them, fostering a supportive environment for all.
