Located in Marshfield, MA, the Healthy Living Center of Excellence offers a variety of evidence-based health education workshops aimed at empowering individuals through the prevention and management of chronic diseases and health concerns. Our programs, available in both English and Spanish, are grounded in research and designed to yield positive outcomes for all participants. We host 12 impactful workshops, including A Matter of Balance, the Chronic Disease Self-Management Program, and the Diabetes Prevention Program, among others. Each workshop focuses on equipping individuals with practical skills and knowledge to enhance their well-being, making healthy living accessible and achievable.
