MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Marshfield, MA, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to annually screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with tailored weight management services that address their individual needs and preferences. We offer a variety of options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which provides in-home messaging along with clinician support. For those who prefer a self-managed approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. Additionally, we assist Veterans struggling with weight-related challenges by providing access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
