Our meal delivery program allows participants to receive nutritious meals tailored to meet their specific dietary needs for up to two months, ensuring they have the support necessary during this difficult time. Each delivery includes ten meals, with the option to add up to ten additional meals for family members. To access this vital service, individuals must verify their patient status through a physician, which can be easily facilitated by including a physician's note with their application.
