Program RISE, located in Melrose, MA, is a vital initiative under JRI Health dedicated to enhancing community health in the MetroWest area, including Framingham and surrounding towns. We provide essential STI and HIV testing, counseling, and harm reduction materials, all aimed at promoting public health and wellness. Our comprehensive services encompass support groups, case management for those affected by HIV/AIDS, and critical food access and medical transportation assistance. Every service we offer is free of charge, ensuring that individuals receive the care they need without financial burden. While our services are currently available by appointment only due to COVID-19, we strive to accommodate walk-ins based on individual circumstances.
