Our free, 12-week small group program is designed specifically for individuals who are emerging from cancer treatment, addressing the challenges of de-conditioning and fatigue. Participants can enjoy a complimentary YMCA Family Membership, access to two 75-minute classes each week, and full utilization of our facilities seven days a week, including free child watch services.
