Program RISE, a dedicated initiative of JRI Health located in Natick, MA, offers vital support and services to the MetroWest community, including Framingham and its surrounding areas. We prioritize public health through our comprehensive STI and HIV testing, counseling, and preventative services, empowering individuals with the knowledge and resources they need. Our mission extends to providing essential case management, group support for those living with or affected by HIV/AIDS, and access to important harm reduction materials. We also facilitate food access, medical transportation, community referrals, and emergency assistance, ensuring our clients receive holistic support tailored to their needs. All of our services are provided free of charge, and while we operate by appointment, we strive to accommodate walk-ins based on capacity. Your health and safety are our priority; thus, we require all clients to wear masks upon entering our facility, with masks available for those who need them.
