Located in North Attleboro, MA, the Adult Survivorship Program at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute is dedicated to offering compassionate and specialized care for adults who have faced cancer. Our program is tailored for those aged 21 and older, providing essential support and education to help manage the aftermath of cancer treatment. We understand the unique challenges that adult survivors encounter, from the risk of second cancers to the long-term effects of therapy, and we prioritize your well-being by addressing physical, social, and psychological needs. Our team of experienced physicians, nurses, researchers, and psychologists collaborate closely with survivors and their primary care providers to create personalized care plans designed for a thriving life after cancer. We offer a wide range of services, including cardiology, nutrition counseling, exercise consultations, and mental health support. Importantly, you do not need to have been treated at Dana-Farber to access our resources. We also provide assistance through Medicaid, Medicare, and our Financial Assistance program for those in need, ensuring that all survivors can receive the necessary care to live well beyond cancer.
