The Diabetes Self Management Education Program (DSME) in Randolph, MA, is dedicated to empowering individuals with diabetes through comprehensive education tailored to meet unique learning needs. Our experienced team, comprised of a registered nurse and a registered dietitian, guides participants through essential topics such as understanding diabetes, healthy meal planning, incorporating physical activity, managing medications and insulin, blood glucose monitoring, and preventing complications. Each month, we offer a series of four engaging, two-hour group classes that provide practical tools and strategies for managing diabetes effectively.
