Pantry Shelf, located in Randolph, MA, is dedicated to supporting families facing food insecurity by providing essential food assistance and other vital resources. Our mission is to ensure that every household can access nutritious food and personal care items, including feminine hygiene products, diapers, pet food, and hygiene supplies, subject to availability. New clients are welcome to visit us during business hours and must bring the necessary documents to complete an application. We encourage honesty on applications, as households are permitted one order every 30 days. In response to COVID-19, we have adapted our service model for safety; clients arriving by car can check in without leaving their vehicles, while those walking or using public transport will be assisted by volunteers outside, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all. At Pantry Shelf, we strive to create a welcoming space where dignity and respect are paramount, addressing the urgent needs of our community.
