Program RISE is dedicated to serving the Reading, MA community and the surrounding MetroWest area by providing essential STI prevention, counseling, and testing services. As part of JRI Health, we focus on supporting individuals living with HIV/AIDS through a comprehensive range of services, including STI and HIV testing, case management, group support, and access to harm reduction materials. We also offer vital support in food access and medical transportation, ensuring that everyone in our community has the resources they need to thrive. All services are provided at no cost, with appointments necessary due to COVID-19 precautions, although we aim to accommodate walk-ins when possible.
