MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Roxbury, MA, is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to annually assess every Veteran accessing care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with tailored weight management services. We offer a variety of options to accommodate individual needs, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. For those who prefer a more self-directed approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app ensures Veterans have the tools they need at their fingertips. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who have faced persistent challenges with overweight issues.
